Summary

Consequential on the Customs Tariff Amendment (2007 Harmonized System Changes) Bill 2006, the bill amends the

Customs Act 1901
to enable the Chief Executive Officer to revoke approximately 700 tariff concession orders (TCOs) and to replace them with approximately 1200 new TCOs.
